Heritage Jaggery products are natural, unrefined, and traditionally crafted. Because our sugarcane jaggery is handcrafted without synthetic bleaching agents or artificial color dyes, minor natural variations in golden-brown color tone or texture across seasonal batches are normal and authentic.
All product prices displayed on the store are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to revise prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
All brand logos, trademarks ("HERITAGE JAGGERY FOODS"), images, package designs, product descriptions, and website graphics are the exclusive property of HERITAGE JAGGERY FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
HERITAGE JAGGERY FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper product storage or failure to adhere to recommended storage instructions (storing in a cool, dry place in an airtight container).
These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
